Any person who knowingly sells, manufactures, delivers marijuana in the building or on the grounds, or within 300 yards of the grounds of a public or private elementary, vocational, or secondary school, or public park or playground.

Any person 18 years of age or over who distributes any amount of marijuana to a person under 18 years of age who is at least 3 years his or her junior.

It shall be unlawful for any person to distribute or dispense, or possess with intent to distribute or dispense, or manufacture with intent to distribute or dispense drug paraphernalia to manufacture, inject, ingest, inhale, or otherwise introduce into the human body any amount of marijuana.
Fine: Up to $5,000 Imprisonment: Up to 2 years
Unlawful sale of drug paraphernalia to a minor
It shall be unlawful for any person 18 years of age or over to distribute or dispense, or possess with intent to distribute or dispense, or manufacture with intent to distribute or dispense drug paraphernalia to manufacture, inject, ingest, inhale, or otherwise introduce into the human body any amount of marijuana to a person under 18 years of age.
