Unlawful possession of marijuana
Any person who possesses less than 2 ounces of marijuana.
Fine: Up to $500                                              Imprisonment: Up to 6 months


Unlawful sale of drug paraphernalia
A person who delivers or sells, possesses with the intent to deliver or sell, or manufactures with the intent to deliver or sell any drug paraphernalia, knowing, or under circumstances where one reasonably should know, that it will be used to plant, propagate, cultivate, grow, harvest, manufacture, compound, convert, produce, prepare, test, analyze, pack, repack, store, contain, conceal, inject, ingest, inhale or otherwise introduce into the human body any amount of marijuana.
Fine: Up to $1,000                                           Imprisonment: Up to 1 year

Unlawful possession of marijuana
Any person who possesses less than 2 ounces of marijuana (2nd offense).
Fine: Up to $2,000                                           Imprisonment: Up to 2 years


More than 2 ounces, but less than 1 pound of marijuana.
Fine: Up to $10,000                                         Imprisonment: Up to 3 years


More than 1 pound, but less than 10 pounds of marijuana.
Fine: Up to $100,000                                       Imprisonment: Up to 5 years


More than 10 pounds of marijuana.
Fine: Up to $500,000                                       Imprisonment: Up to 15 years


Unlawful sale of marijuana
Any person who sells less than 1/2 ounce of marijuana.
Fine: Up to $10,000                                         Imprisonment: Up to 2 years


More than 1/2 ounce, but less than 1 pound of marijuana.
Fine: Up to $100,000                                       Imprisonment: Up to 5 years


More than 1 pound, but less than 50 pounds of marijuana.
Fine: Up to $500,000                                       Imprisonment: Up to 15 years


More than 50 pounds of marijuana.
Fine: Up to $1,000,000                                    Imprisonment: Up to 30 years


Cultivation of Marijuana
Any person who knowingly produces 3 to 10 plants of the marijuana plant.
Fine: $10,000 or more                                      Imprisonment: Up to 3 years


More than 10 plants, but less than 25 marijuana plants.
Fine: $100,000 or more                                    Imprisonment: Up to 5 years


More than 25 marijuana plants.
Fine: $500,000 or more                                    Imprisonment: Up to 15 years


Unlawful distribution of marijuana to a minor
Any person who knowingly and unlawfully dispenses any marijuana to a minor.
Fine: Varies                                                      Imprisonment: Up to additional 10 years


Unlawful sale of marijuana to a minor
Any person who knowingly and unlawfully sells marijuana to a minor.
Fine: Varies                                                      Imprisonment: Up to additional 10 years


Unlawful sale of marijuana in a restricted area
No person shall knowingly and unlawfully  dispense or sell marijuana to any person on a school bus or on real property owned by a public or private elementary, secondary or vocational school; on real property abutting real property owned by a public or private elementary, secondary, or vocational school; or on real property abutting real property owned by a school.
Fine: Varies                                                      Imprisonment: Up to additional 10 years


Unlawful sale of drug paraphernalia to a minor
Any person who delivers or sells, possesses with the intent to deliver or sell, or manufactures with the intent to deliver or sell any drug paraphernalia to any person under the age of 18, knowing, or under circumstances where one reasonably should know, that it will be used to plant, propagate, cultivate, grow, harvest, manufacture, compound, convert, produce, prepare, test, analyze, pack, repack, store, contain, conceal, inject, ingest, inhale or otherwise introduce into the human body any amount of marijuana.
